CEIC Partners Group is a strategic infrastructure consortium dedicated to facilitating international investment into Ukraine’s reconstruction. We serve as a vital bridge between US prime contractors and local markets, leveraging our regional presence across Slovakia, Poland, Romania, and Moldova to enable efficient execution of large-scale infrastructure projects.
Our mission is to provide comprehensive support to government contractors through established local networks, specialized procurement services, and integrated logistics solutions. Our Services
Infrastructure Reconstruction
Transport, energy, rail, bridges, and ports — the largest damage category. $78B in transport and $68B in energy needs. We serve as the regional delivery backbone for US primes executing against their Ukrainian government MOUs.
Social Sector
Schools, hospitals, water systems, and civic buildings. Over 330,000 social infrastructure facilities are damaged across Ukraine. We coordinate EU-certified contractors with logistics to deliver through EU.
Demining & Civil Protection
174,000 km² of Ukraine requires demining assessment. We provide the program management layer between international donors, US government agencies and IMAS-certified clearance operators — a prerequisite for site access on every other infrastructure project.
CEIC Partners Group is proud to introduce My Rapid Home, a Romanian modular housing company, as the first company under the CEIC platform. MyRapidHome provides foldable prefabricated houses designed for fast installation, flexible use, and scalable deployment across emergency housing, worker accommodation, field offices, construction sites, humanitarian support, and commercial projects.
These modular units are built for speed and adaptability, making them suitable for both temporary and permanent use. They can support reconstruction projects, remote worksites, displaced housing needs, logistics hubs, and rapid-response infrastructure where traditional construction may be too slow, costly, or difficult to deploy.
Through CEIC Partners Group, MyRapidHome becomes part of a broader rapid-response and reconstruction ecosystem connecting European manufacturers with public buyers, aid-funded programs, and private sector partners.
